Are you sure you need a switch and not a relay?   Asked another way are you seeing that you can't turn the radios off via the switch.

As the Yetti has pointed out...

It may be the relay, not working...

Something to test before spending the big bucks on the CB/switch.

PP thoughts, not a mechanic...

I have one from a 1980 M20J that was replace a few years ago.  It worked fine at the time but the ink in the engraving is pretty warn.  If you are interested, let me know and I can get you a picture.

My relay failed on my 89 J a few years ago. The symptom was that the radios came on when you turned on the Master Switch. The Radio Master position “on” or “off” was irrelevant. I understand that the relay fails this way so that you always have radios; makes sense. I can check my records on this.
 

Many A&Ps unfamiliar with the Mooney setup will try suggest adding a second Radio Master switch
