Well, my partner and I finally decided won't be expanding our law firm to Northern Nevada for foreseeable future. So, my business need for my plane went away. And my personal use can't justify keeping it, tbh. As such, with a bit of a heavy heart I decided to sell it.

I've brokered it with Mark Woods of Delta Aviation (his company is based out of Brighton, MI) at a lower price than I paid for it last April. He'll be running it the next issue of MAPA with his other listings. On his site lots of pics, and pics of all the logs.  Also, when I bought it, I had a MSC annual and IFR cert last April (2010) at Northern Air Avation in Michigan. Ran me nearly $5k, I had them do everything that turned up. I also had Garmin completely refurbish my 530W that was on board (it had a funny squawk in the reception part of the comms, so they replaced the entire comms motherboard in the unit). Running strong, no hick ups. I put about 80 hours on it since April 2010.

1990 Mooney M20J (201AT), 5100 TT, 100 SMOH, 100 SPOH, with 530W. She's based out of North Las Vegas Airport (KVGT) and is currently at KVGT. Also the 160 LB gross weight STC is available for this plane.

$119,900.00. I put it at a pretty competative price to hopefully generate strong interest. My loss is your gain!

This aircraft is absolutely beautiful in every way!  Its parked a couple shades down from me and I have flown it with Jason.   If I didn't already have a J I would jump on this!  Sorry to see her go Jason.

5100 TT is barely middle aged. With no new Mooneys being born the existing planes will build more hours. In a few years yours will be considered mid-time.

Beech products seem to have higher times than Mooney airframes of the same year.  I don't know why that is so, but a 5000 hour A36 is considered low to mid time amoung beech folks.  I believe Mooney's are at least as well build as beech products so I wouldn't worry to much about the airframe time.  In a way, it's a positive because an aircraft that's used - is an aircraft maintained.
