DAVIDWH Posted March 8, 2017 Report Posted March 8, 2017 As the lady of lower social economic standing noted in her porno ad: "We do not need to discuss what is already assumed." Just another acronym for trashing the "NO SMOKING SIGN" Congratulations and enjoy 1
TonyK Posted March 12, 2017 Author Report Posted March 12, 2017 I flew it for the first time this morning. Pretty amazing. It was a total first for me as it was my first time in a Mooney and the first time flying it. 5
M20F-1968 Posted March 16, 2017 Report Posted March 16, 2017 Congratulation on your F. Nice looking bird. I am also an F model owner in Massachusetts. Where in Vermont are you located? John Breda
TonyK Posted March 16, 2017 Author Report Posted March 16, 2017 Hi John, I am out of Rutland. If you ever happen to be up this way I would love to pick your brain over lunch.
carusoam Posted March 16, 2017 Report Posted March 16, 2017 Hmmm... Talking Mooneys while skiing... Just an idea that ran into the front of my head... Then shared out loud. -a- 1

JohnB Posted March 17, 2017 Report Posted March 17, 2017 Welcome Tony!! I hope you and Victoria have many great adventures together!
TonyK Posted April 1, 2017 Author Report Posted April 1, 2017 My airplane registration arrived today in the mail for my newly purchased F. I didn't expect the FAA would deliver it on a golden chariot with trumpets heralding the arrival but they didn't even bother to put it in an envelope. I just thought it was funny. It took almost a month, so right on their advertised timeline and the even sent me back the bill of sale I used as proof of purchase. Two days earlier and in an envelope. :-) 1

MBDiagMan Posted April 3, 2017 Report Posted April 3, 2017 Yep, I get that grin. Occasionally something makes for less than a pleasant moment like a wasp in the plane, but normally it results in a teeth showing grin.
