Out of the TCM, manual "....TSIO-550G engine models above 22,000 ft, do not lean beyond 1675F..".


 


Very ambiguous, does that mean you cant do a "find the peak operation" for you will surely go above 1675, so you have to stay ROP, or does that mean all ROP/LOP operations need to be below 1675...who knows. I m pretty sure there are no Economy Cruise tables (LOP)  above 22k in the POH

Straight from the POH:


 


 


Above 30.5 inHg of manifold pressure only full rich mixture is permitted. At altitudes above


22,000 feet, power settings above 2300 RPM must be operated at 1675o F TIT or richer.


 


 


The best economy charts top out at FL220. 


It's interesting that the POH and the TCM manual use different verbiage to describe the same thing. You'd think it would be a CYA for Mooney POH to use the exact same language as the TCM manual.
