I have it on my firm because I know I am fallible and if I am entrusted with a matter and cause my client harm I want that client made whole. Being made whole where a shop makes a mistake and shotgun suits where NTSB findings of pilot error mean nothing are entirely different things. Being made whole is the right thing.
