  6. I am currently overhauling a TSIO 360 for my K model , I bought a core , So I dont have to take it down for two months , I will be selling the take out engine next month , This core is unique , as you can actually fly it , and look at the temps and pressures etc , This will be the Base core , and will not include the fuel system , exhaust system , or accesories... It is 2500 SMOH and compressions are all in the high 60s to high 70s

  9. The conversion belly is total garbage , I have shipped them , The non ribbed is approx 25 lbs , dont know what the ribbed version is , the panels weigh less than 10 lbs , If your mechanic is too lazy to take an extra 10 minutes each way to remove and reinstall , where else is he being lazy.... We have these magic new inventions , electric screw guns/drills... If it is what we call a scab ( not flush mounted ) it may not be a hard conversion...

  16. I was in the car buisness over 30 years , I NEVER bench bled mastercylinders , Removed the old master , installed the new master , filled it , had my helper step on the pedal 3 times , while I used my index finger as a valve over the hole , installed the lines loosely , watched the bubbles , when the bubbles stopped , tightened the lines , car was bled... Go figure , the master was the highest point in the system, and that magical force , you know , Gravity did the rest...
  17. I have M20F seats in stock , and seat backs for C models , if they are the same , We are close enough , you could come up and inspect/buy .. Alan 856 419 5209
  18. If you dont want to spend three days , pump up the brakes with the pedals , and crack the lines where the flex line , meets the hard line , in the wheel well , It is the highest point in the system , there is this new thing called "Gravity" ... It will gravity bleed out at that fitting , you will see bubbles come out with the fluid , when you stop seeing bubbles , tighten the lines , and see if you have a pedal , if not , let it sit for a few minutes , and crack the line again , They will bleed , unless the fluid is so old , it has solidified.... The air wil always collect , at the highest point in the system... Tilting up the plane does nothing...
  19. Lb with turbos plus intercooler and merlyn black magic
  20. Learning to fly this , just seems like constantly chasing temps…took off 34 inches full rich , pulled back for climb to 2500 and 30 inches fuel to 1550 tit rich … then about 29 inches over 6000 2400 , and 1550 tit , cht’s and oil temp , we’re not manageable unles I opened the cowl flaps , most of the trip was at 14500 , and started descent 75 out… I realize I am oversimplifying this , but all suggestions are welcome..
