  5. The beauty of it is (and the reality) the next owner will probably put another 500 to 600 hours on it , Which in years , is probably ten years...
  6. 2000 SMOH , 4200 TT Has damage history in 1967 , never geared up , Paint is about a 7.0 , Interior is an 8.5 , Does not smell from fuel , Newer interior , fresh glass , Runs very well , It has history of sitting , but makes plenty of power , and makes no metal.... Looks great on the ramp...Prop is subject to ECI inspections ……. Has some very MINOR paint bubbles , Cage and sheet are corrosion free , very clean , and have been treated with ACF , PC and Step both work , Gear isolators have 2011 cure date.....last few annuals were extensive... minor rash on left aileron...
  7. I have owned both , E is a little more pitchy than the f, but the F is just a larger more substantial airframe...… Both great airframes , These are more stable than your Tigre , but no more stable than most 2700 pound aircraft....
  8. Before you start spouting out , How much water was in the system , the lines , the gascolator??? And how many minutes was the engine running ??? You don't have a clue how much water will stop an engine , You don't know when it was fueled , last run , hangered the night before ?? And guess what , I don't believe that anyone here has done a static test to see …. So before we go trashing the Pilots , (which you have already) and the attorneys and families , Lets step back , and look at the FACTS..... Not what you think happened....

  15. I have brand new transistors for these..
  16. Doubt it would run at all with the O-ring missing , In fact ..... It wont....... Lets see ........ Common sense....... Perhaps the O-Ring is black ?????
  17. Couple of things , Just start the engine and let it Idle , I have put cams in engines w/300 hours , I have run them out also .... A galled cam will not stop an engine , and all cams don't gall from sitting , Start it up , run it to temp for 30 minutes or so , change the oil , look for metal in the filter or screen....If no metal , fly it for 10 hours and then change the oil and filter again , check it for metal , and if no metal , Fly the crap out of it....... Av gas can sit for 10 years and still be good , I have burned a lot of old fuel in my runners , if you are that worried , top it off before you ferry it , Don't listen to all the "experts" if it has low time on the motor , you can IRAN it with new cam, followers , bearings gaskets for about 10K and fly it another 2K hours.... If you haven't already acquired the MX170 , the Kings are better radios , just archaic to tune... Get a local A&P you trust , and put your trust in him , and don't second guess him....
  18. I have a used one needs minor repair ..125.00
  19. Eric passed his Bonanza checkout , with flying colors...
