  2. If I remember it is a century 2 with a Stec altitude hold..
  3. Yes there is foil tape under the wing cuffs , but they are riveted in , and I have no reason to believe they have been tampered with... Also I find it weird that I can smell oil , from time to time and the thing still reads 0..
  4. I hang mine on the door pull , when taxiing out , it can go as high as 8 , but in landing phase from rollout to taxi , it can go as high as 50 or so.... In cruise it is 0 , I have an 83 J , has anybody figured out where it enters the cabin from the outside , as I would like to see it at 0 and stay there .... In the Bonanza , it is always at 0......
  5. basically , if you survive a forced landing , and survive the elements , and a bear does not eat you bears have the best sense of smell of all animals and can smell you miles away , you might survive 2 days.....
  6. I got your Sanford , right here , and I have 2 3308s in stock....
  7. just to be clear , the early 3500 sandels have a bulb , that I no longer supported , when it shits , its a 2500 dollar conversion , just to be clear , also if you are getting a 3500 , I hope you have a 28 volt ship..... just to be clear...... and also just to be clear , attitude reversion is only available if you have a sg102 ahars , it is not available using a king or mid continent gyro for heading reference....
  8. true , but you are doing 5 hours of reterminating new connectors..
  9. I'm am on the same line of thought...
  10. Nobody has a crystal ball , If the plane dies , you die , A sign off does not make a plane reliable , neither does an inspection......
  11. No you don't use the numbers.....Its for any owned aircraft
  12. No , I have dealers registration.
  13. I spoke to him at length , it is in Anchorage and 4 Years out of annual. You are up against the reality that the engine an prop will bolt on the front of a super cub , so it will most likely be parted out ....that being said I can’t decide if ferrying it back is a plus or a minus.....although a cool thought , the terrain is extreme for the first thousand miles of the trip , and that’s heading due south. If you go great circle east more like two thousand miles extreme terrain..although I have big balls with a saw in my hand...I’m not sure if that trip is for me...I am still waiting for pics and scans of the books...
  14. The reason these are valued high , is because most GPS only units go into Turboprops and jets , to get WAAS capability , without going too crazy into the avionics suite..... I just sold a GTN725 (gps only ) for 8 K
  15. I think the last 400w I sold was 4K , That's cheaper than the conversion price....
  16. It is totaled big time..... They sent me the pics , and its not going back together....
  17. I've seen a few , problem is its more cost effective to buy one with time left on it..
  18. Looking for longbody project , Anything out there ???? Looking to be south of 100K Might consider a Rocket ..
  19. I have the Sandel in my Bonanza , and my Mooney before it , Until the Aspen , it was the most advanced box out there ...
  20. Sandel hasn't made the 3308 in 15 years .... They do certified stuff for heavy iron and Helicopters.... Not real big on lite GA stuff .... But a wonderful company as far as support is concerned.....
  21. No , the ST-901 will only work with S-Tec autopilots... Regards
  22. If its not in your plane , I would buy it off of you..
  23. An SL50 is a GPS , SL30 is a Navcom , SL40 is a Com only , SL70 is a transponder
  24. 2 at this price , price is per unit , comes with tray connectors , antenna and datacards ..... Alan 856 419 5209
