  1. I prefer simple 2 page sheet, don't like using the iPad on the preflight, hands are dirty from fuel and oil checks, and I'm afraid I'll drop it.
  2. No longer in business? Isn't he the one that does the gear motor?
  3. It was FT at 9500', about 30 deg LOP, you'll notice I leaned twice, the 2nd time was an hour into the flight, as I was leaning after leveling off ATC called and asked about my routing and interrupted me and I forgot to go back and finish Despite running LOP, I did a in flight mag check just last week and this is what I saw: I have about 115 hrs on the plugs since annual, had to have them cleaned and regapped (notice the EGT drop on #3), I don't see it on runup, Busch is right, in flight mag checks is a better stress of your ignition system.
  4. BTW, sometimes you can get voltage, but not be getting enough current, probably not the problem in this case, but something to keep in mind, especially with electronics.
  5. Forget the 1400 limit, here is what mine look like: I have GAMI injectors FWIW
  6. Once it loses the satellites, does it re-acquire them, or at least some of them before losing them again?
  7. Use electronic cleaner on it, that way you only have to cycle it a few times.
  8. My light is white, I wonder if you just can change the lightbulb to a plain white or higher wattage?
  9. I don't know, but why do I think a trip to the emergency room would be in my future if I tried to ride that?
  10. There is the Airport Golf Course in Columbus,OH.
  11. thanks, the 2nd one answers my ? above, 32 is slightly uphill.
  12. On the ground, I would try fiddling with the GPS antenna (push, bang on it little), so the same from the inside. If that doesn't cause a problem, ask the avionics shop to wire up a temporary antenna, lay it on top of your glareshield, go flying, if problem disappears, you know its something with antenna or its wiring. One more thing, I had similar problems with my radio, turned out to be a bad circuit breaker: it passed continuity test but was not passing current.
