I have an Ovation with a CAV TKS. I have been trying to connect with someone at CAV in the US (WV and Kansas) and in the UK for a couple of days, and no one answers the phone or responds to email.  If anyone has a personal contact with the company (and maybe even a cell number) that they would be willing to share, please DM me.

I have too - in the past. They have just gone dark over the past couple of days. I am hoping to get a personal cell or something that I can use to find out what's going on.

They’re on the field at my home drone. If you don’t hear something in the next couple of days, I’m happy to go knock on the door.

Thank you for the assist. I did finally reach Jeff late yesterday in Kansas. He has always been helpful in the past, so getting through to him was a bit of a relief.  I am getting the impression (not from him by the way) that the US operation is much smaller now, understaffed, and  doing their best to manage - it's going to get harder to service these systems if we have to source everything from the UK, though -

Sorry for replying so late. I need to check this site more often. 

I just got off the phone with Thomas from CAV. My usual contact Jeff has been away on break . They are usually very responsive. Im sure you know the phone number: +19137385390 but here are the emails that I have been using to communicate with them
