There is either a circuit breaker or an in line fuse to provide power to the unit. I'd check for that first. Next put a volt meter to the power (red wire) to verify that you have 12V power gong to the unit. If you do then the unit shuould be remioved & sent back to JPI for service.

This may be over simplification, but everything on my 201 panel that is electrical, at one time or another, seems to have vibrated its connection lose. Rheostat lighting, Strikfinder, and older JPI. Check the connections.
