Aileron Control Link Reinforcing Gussets

Hi everyone. Are there any shops that can add the reinforcing gussets to the aileron control links to satisfy SB M20-264, AD 98-24-11? Or are the only two options recurring MPI testing or buying the SB repair kit?

Back in the day LASAR used to add them. Getting a preflown part is probably easier.

If I recall the AD gives the procedure. Any good welder should be able to do it.
