The product is Rowmark LaserMark Engraving plastic.

He then just glued it to the metal panel.

Thats a great idea. Acrylic sheet is more durable than the vinyl wrap.

I understand.  I was just pointing out that the warning light is required in many installations by the STC.

Update: Laser cut alum panel with the laser cut/engraved cover. Progress is slow/painful, but it is a progress
