Speed brakes mechanical issue

I send an email to PF with exact same photos, vídeo and descriptions, and below it’s PF answer to this issue:

 

“It sounds like the issue that is causing the worm gear to not work properly is due to the backlash, which can not be fixed in the field. If the backlash is not set properly it will cause the worm gear to strip.

 

We highly recommend you send them in to us for repair because if you purchase and install the worm gear, it will eventually have the same issue.”
