I don’t even clean them.  Done this for 600 hours.  I pick the lead out of  them and reinstall. 

I’ve run platinum plugs for 1500 hours.

I haven’t had iridium plugs.

I ran platinum many years ago but I think fine wires are now iridium. BICBW.
