Winter getaway

Another vote for Ameria's landing.  Sadly, I've never stayed there (won't be doing big winter trips until I get the IR).  But I've known Jay for years, he's as solid as they come.  He's a pilot and  flies an RV8.  He says there's lots to do on the island, and I'm certain h e and Mary will take good car of a Mooney pilot.

My recommendation (though a little tongue in cheek)was Palms Springs.South of that line I mentioned would include Phoenix,Tucson,San Diego even LA.Point being ,in May,Palm Springs (Phoenix ,Tucson )not so nice and Chilcotin plateau starting to look pretty good where he came from.
