Bumping this back to the top. I'm still looking for a used set of shoulder equipped belts for my plane. Really can't bring myself to spend $800 for a new set.

I'm still debating about whether or not to update mine since I had the seats redone. Mine are black. What color are you looking for?

nels,
If your aircraft has never had the shoulder harnesses you will also need the minor change kit (this is where the should straps bolts to the side of the aircraft)

Black would be great. That's what is in it now.

That detail is very easy to make!

I will let you know soon. I just need to get my rear seats in and decide on the color.

I replace the seat belts & installed the fixed shoulder harness from these guys Mooney Seat Belts, was around $350.00 or so a few years back.

I have these installed as well. While I like the retraction feature, the reels are rather wide and it stick out. The one on the passenger side gets in the way of entering the plane and has to be physically navigated. My wife and I have invariably hit it many times and it really smarts. The plastic cover also comes off easily but I solved this by placing nylon wire ties around them.

Was the price $350 per seat back then or $350 for both front seats?
