M20J tail strobe power supply repair

I have a Hoskins 701295-3A tail strobe power supply which needs to be repaired. Does anyone know of an outfit that repairs these? I know I can replace with awhelen but I'd like to retain the synchronization if I could. Thanks.

Have a 91 J model...has tips and tail strobes from factory.  Just had a glitch begin yesterday October 2, on nite trip from Atlanta to Houston, TX...Left WT and Tail work fine Right tip is intermittent.  Be interested in what you learn. My strobes are not sequential..all (Three spark) at the same time..does that mean I have three power systems...Not even sure mine is Hoskins or Whelen YET...I do know to respect strobe systems they are dangerously high voltage when they trigger.
