jpusser, were you still in the market for a prop?  I just purchased a Bellanca Scout that has a 3 blade Hartzell installed.  It is an HC-3YR-1RF.  S/N DY7153B, b model hub. Blade design F7282 that I'm told is more common on Mooney aircraft than the Scout I purchased.  It is a "0" time new prop.  The previous owner installed it on the o-360 and run it just long enough to leak check it.  That's it.  I'm located in Nampa Idaho if you are interested.  I can email the photos of the log book and pictures if needed.
