How do I get my physical registration certificate?

I renewed online 5 months ago and know it worked because it shows my next renewal to be in 2018. But nothing has arrived in the mail. Anyone know what I should do?

Call your local FSDO and ask they might help.

If you still have the notice you received in the mail, there's a phone number you can call. Be aware that they work short hours on Central Time out there in OKC.

Yep I renewed online and received it in about 2 weeks

You pay $2 on line and they will send you a replacement.

Yep, something's up. I'd be calling, emailing, and maybe looking for a replacement registration.
