N1045X Accident/Incident Occurred on: 2012-11-14 Narrative: 11/14/2012 RECEIVED A REPORT THAT A MOONEY M20R, SERIAL NUMBER 29-0232, N1045X STRUCK TWO DEER UPON LANDING AT SOUTH JERSEY REGIONAL AIRPORT (VAY), RUNWAY 8 AT 12:00 EST. WEATHER; CLEAR AND UNLIMITED VISIBILITY. THE PILOT PERFORMED A NORMAL LANDING, AND DURING ROLL OUT, TWO DEER RAN IN FRONT OF THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK AND KILLED BOTH DEER. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED DAMAGE TO THE LEADING EDGE OF THE LEFT WING, LEFT FLAP, RIGHT NOSE GEAR DOOR, RIGHT LOWER ENGINE COWLING, RIGHT LOWER FORWARD FUSELAGE AND RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOOR. N2204L Accident/Incident Occurred on: 2003-03-12 Narrative: (-23) DURING INTERVIEW OF THE PILOT AT THE SCENE, HE INDICATED THAT HE HAD FORGOT TO PUT THE LANDING GEAR DOWN, FAA IIC ASI JESKA AT AIRPORT AT TIME OF INCIDENT. CONTACTED RCC AND THEY ADVISED IIC TO CONTACT ANB FSS DIRECTLY AND THEY WOULD GET THE INFORMATION FROM THE ANB REPORT.

Just try and imagine how much it would be costing us if there was no such thing as an Ipad...We would be paying much more through the nose,The world and aviation has changed with these ipads and its really a small price to pay for what we get with these devices. Maybe you could get the Ipad Mini Retina, Wi-fi/Cellular(-has GPS) 32GB $629($529 for 16GB). My Mini works great with the internal gps. The mini fits much better in the cockpit and can be mounted on the yoke. So if you pay 6-700 hundred, your really saving thousands!!!!!!!!

I agree, it just does not make sense that you have a 1 item that says on off .... on the same line anyway. Are people just supposed to guess that the white one mean on? Be better it the line says On or Off, not both. Example: Heater 1 On NOT Heater 1 On Off

Big Tex, may be a good idea, especially if the pilot can set each item easily thru cut and paste from email or text to notes, add a user defined time delay after each item (maybe a standard time delay all items; and a custom user defined delay for items that take longer to complete.) That'd be pretty cool, keeping eyes up and not having look down at check list.

Pretty cool, i emailed to my phone an edited version of Checklist item so that's quick input into notes. Wonder if there a way to get Siri to pause after an item? she reads them pretty fast...

I would try and make it more clear which item is actually selected, You might try remove white boarder which makes the item selected a little more clear. Grey the text slightly of the item not selected? Now i know white means on i think i can remember though.

i have this device thanks, but you use 2 colors, how are we supposed to know which one is on??? if you pick white is that on?? How are we supposed to know that????? It grey the on???? can you make it clearer in a future update.
