WTB: Electronics International CGR-30C Engine Monitor

The CGR 30P is certified replacement for stock gauges. I don’t believe the C is. These gauges are also “tailored” for specific aircraft, meaning when does the yellow or red arc begin. Unless your donor aircraft is the same, probably not a good choice. I think your only source will be junk yards. -

I've also heard of paperwork nightmares or no documentation issues with Canadian aircraft, so make double sure the logbook is intact and stays that way. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

We purchased the CGR30-P and like it just fine. We removed the oil temp, pressure, MP, RPM, fuel, pressure, CHT, & EGT gauges. Dual mag O/H - required or suggested?

500 hours is the AD note on the impulse coupling, so it's going to be taken off. We just came up on that number and coincidentally, found a dead mag on a run up. Luckily, it was at our home base. I'd have it looked at every 500 hours. The price tag was $2300 when the shop fees were added and finding someone who had one in stock. Not easy to do in a pinch! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk -
