Inner tube 70-degree stem

Does anyone use an inner tube with a 70-degree stem on their main gear? Were you also able to keep the dust cover on without a conflict between the two? This would be the type of dust cover that uses only a center screw for attachment.

70° stem and uses the air-stop butyl rubber.  I don’t use the dust cover hub cap anymore, but the valve stem looks like it should fit nicely under it.
