Looking for airspeed safety switch

Hello all,

I am looking for an airspeed safety switch for a 1989 M20J and after contacting Mooney service centers in Europe and Lasar it seems a bit tricky.

Reference is 880013-507.

Let me know which companies could supply these parts or if anyone knows an equivalent?
