Parker_Woodruff Posted December 8, 2011 Report Posted December 8, 2011 Just bought house in Florida, so I guess one could say I'm "setting down."My whole life (besides my Mooney), pretty much fits in the cab of my pickup, so I need some stuff to go up on the walls (and other stuff to fill up the house!).While the sellers of my house had some interesting ideas for their son's room , I don't have a wife or kids.So if you've got any nice aviation art (pref framed), let me know.
smccray Posted December 8, 2011 Report Posted December 8, 2011 That looks like a really nice master bedroom Parker. I like your style, but I'm not sure about sleeping in a crib... j/k
John Pleisse Posted December 8, 2011 Report Posted December 8, 2011 Paint in some floats on the red Stearman and then put the bachelor water bed under it. Maybe a little carrier landing? I'm just sayin...
scottfromiowa Posted December 8, 2011 Report Posted December 8, 2011 Just needs a "plane engine fan" and a P-51 chasing a ME-109 like my son's room. He's now 18, but hasn't said "take it down" yet
skyking Posted December 8, 2011 Report Posted December 8, 2011 parker: How do you attache a photo. i have a beatiful Len Krenzler but dont know how to attach it.
Hank Posted December 8, 2011 Report Posted December 8, 2011 Russ-- Just below [this] text box it says "Image Attachments". Hit the "Browse" button, and select your photo; you may have to hit "Open" on the file list, I don't remember. When it comes back to this screen again, hit the "Attach" button and wait a minute while it does its thing. Don't write anything, or you will lose it. Oh, yeah--you have to hit either "Reply" or "Quote" as it won't work on "Quick Reply."

skyking Posted December 8, 2011 Report Posted December 8, 2011 There we go. Thats the Krenzler. Signed by both pilots! Artist proof number 3. I also have a Clark and a Delany. Check out Krenzler online. Expensive but amazing colors. Mine is about 24" X 36" All his art is based on actual events and they are signed by the pilots depicted in the battles.
skyking Posted December 8, 2011 Report Posted December 8, 2011 You cant see it here but the German pilot is seen bailing out of the plane and survived.
scottfromiowa Posted December 8, 2011 Report Posted December 8, 2011 Parker & others on Forum: Here are three prints my dad completed originals and had prints made (prior to his death in 1991). A4 Skyhawk (middle) is a watercolor, Delta Dagger is a pencil drawing, and third is "Captain Eddie" in his Spad. Shoot me an offer for one, two or all three. I have limited Captain Eddie, but a good number of the other two prints...They are each 2' x 3 feet and 1.5' x 2'ish in size.
