Albeit he is in the Bay Area of CA, and not sure how far his knowledge of instructors extends into the NW, Mr. Kaye ("donkaye" on this board) may be able to give a steer in the right direction.  I've never worked with him personally, but he's a MCFI, and based on his previous posts offering similar guidance, you'd be wise to consider him for this type of info (unless he says otherwise).  :-)

Hi Teacup - Galvin Flying at KBFI in Seattle has two M20Js in the rental fleet that fly a lot.  Many of the CFIs there are very experienced in the Mooneys.  That's where I did most of my transition training.
