Up load PDF attachment of Wright Patent

Can not seem to upload a PDF attachment.   Browse box gets the location on my computer but when I hit attach with a caption in the next window, I am not sure anything will happened, and when I preview I do not see that anything is uploaded.  Maybe its too big. What is the trick, are we limited to 32 characters etc. or in fact will upload but there is no way to know in preview.  I hate to submit if it will not work, and it seems I can not tell it will work, (right click on caption, or underlined and different color etc)

I don't think the software behind Mooneyspace allows uploading of pdf files.  I think it only allows jpgs. 

I tested this hypothesis with an attempt to upload our home drome's taxiway diagram.  It did not work.

Well someone sent it to me and it is 10 pages PDF, and I do not have the link, and what a pain to make 10 JPG out of it, so if any one wants it send an email or maybe the owner will post it if I send it to him........?
