Hank Posted October 8, 2010 Report Posted October 8, 2010 Your next visit should be much nicer for your family, since you now know how to unlock the door from the inside. How do you get in from the cold during Mr. Friendly's unhelpful working period??? Or find a car, a mechanic, food, etc.??? Quote
jax88 Posted October 8, 2010 Report Posted October 8, 2010 George, just personal opinion here, but the fact that they decided to reimburse me what they were never entitled to keep in the first place wouldn't change my opinion of their poor service. Quote
GeorgePerry Posted October 8, 2010 Author Report Posted October 8, 2010 Honestly I don't see us ever going back. I'm not a fan of the 'big city' anyway...But I feel strongly that for "fairness of reporting", they should get credit for trying to make it right. Quote
231Pilot Posted October 8, 2010 Report Posted October 8, 2010 George, I applaud your honesty and objectiveness. It would seem that management understands honesty, I hope that one day they will come to understand common courtesy and friendly customer service. Quote
gofast Posted October 18, 2010 Report Posted October 18, 2010 Kudos, George... I would have made him "service my lav". My wife would have freak'n disassembled him. Though she's a delicate Georgia Peach, she played college basketball and used to be a sheriff's deputy. She's my security detail, LOL. NJ wouldn't even see that one coming! Quote
clipperskipper Posted October 18, 2010 Report Posted October 18, 2010 I read your feedback over on Airnav, not nice people. Gone are the days when we would land at LGA after hours, no fee or maybe $10.00 and park at the Marine Terminal free. I would Love to live in the South during Winter, Spring in Northern Arizona, Summer on Cape Cod. Quote
