Piloto Posted July 6, 2015 Report Posted July 6, 2015 They are indeed rare. Do you have the install manual and pneumatic servo? José
Alan Fox Posted July 6, 2015 Author Report Posted July 6, 2015 No install manual , lots of servos , but not the Baro sensor..
Alan Fox Posted July 6, 2015 Author Report Posted July 6, 2015 There are also some servo cans , about three times the size of the wing servos..
N601RX Posted July 6, 2015 Report Posted July 6, 2015 No install manual , lots of servos , but not the Baro sensor.. What you see in the picture is the baro sensor. Its the smaller of the boxes. There should be a small storage or memory tank also. The tank presure is applied to one side of the diaphragm and the other side is exposed to cabin pressure. The diaphragm is then connected to a small 3 way valve. That's the mechanical baro sensor.
tony Posted July 8, 2015 Report Posted July 8, 2015 http://www.brittainautopilots.com/pitch-stabilization.html If you call Ceci at Brittain, she'll send you the install manual for minimal or no cost, they are great people and totally support their products.. Alan, if you have the valve for the instrument panel, you should take a picture of that too.
