Andy95W Posted August 18, 2016 Report Posted August 18, 2016 A few other fuel related notes from the report: "The bottom of the movable portion of the body assembly was pushed by hand and some resistance was noted at first, but it then moved." " The fuel manifold was placed on the test bench and debris was noted coming from the ports during initial flow." "Test bench fluid was noted on the top side of the diaphragm (air side) and some slivers of material were also noted." "The movable portion of the body assembly was removed and contamination/debris was noted. " "Re-insertion of the movable portion of the body assembly into the body revealed slight binding." Quote
Browncbr1 Posted August 21, 2016 Report Posted August 21, 2016 Perhaps an edm with FF would have shown warning signs leading up to this. If FF wasn't normal, it could have been quantified leading to a better pilot decision. 1 Quote
