garysuperpilot Posted March 24, 2015 Author Report Posted March 24, 2015 I pulled all the injectors before we pulled the cylinder but didn't really look that closely. I remember when we did the first annual one injector was not putting out as much fuel as the others. We replaced that injector at that time. It was actually the wrong injector for the plane. I can't remember if it was that cylinder or not but it was over a year ago. Who knows maybe the damage occurred back then. Quote
RobertGary1 Posted March 24, 2015 Report Posted March 24, 2015 Are you thinking about sending the injectors and maybe the divider out for bench testing? -Robert Quote
garysuperpilot Posted March 24, 2015 Author Report Posted March 24, 2015 Hadn't thought of it. Last time we just measured the fuel flow in calibrated jars and compared the levels. Quote
jetdriven Posted March 24, 2015 Report Posted March 24, 2015 the shot glass fuel injector test works well for a general sanity check (a really plugged injector) but really the GAMI spread test is the most accurate. Quote
