bonal Posted September 14, 2014 Report Posted September 14, 2014 Lake county CA is having its annual splash in for sea planes on the weekend of the 27th this month. There will be land transportation available the lake is about 5 minutes from the airport. LASAR is also hosting a BBQ on the 27th at 1o2 you need to contact them to make a reservation. The splash in usually get around 20 aircraft some very nice vintage birds but sadly these numbers are dwindling as fewer people are flying these days. There is a web site you can check out for previous event years. Hope to see some of you visit our area.
