ArtVandelay Posted April 12, 2014 Report Posted April 12, 2014 My flaps have starting retracting slowly, on the ground they sound tired, no problem deploying them, any ideas? TIA Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Quote
Piloto Posted April 12, 2014 Report Posted April 12, 2014 Make sure the actuator worm gear is lubricated. Check the voltage at the motor itself when going up. An oxidized connector or limit switch can impair current flow. José Quote
ArtVandelay Posted April 15, 2014 Author Report Posted April 15, 2014 Turn out to be a bad flaps switch, a good thing I wasn't doing touch and gos, I might have tried to take off with full flaps ( I was doing full stops and taxi backs). Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Quote
MooneyPTG Posted April 16, 2014 Report Posted April 16, 2014 I have noticed that when it is very cold, 10 degrees Fahrenheit , they extend very slowly. Any ideas? Quote
