    It is plastic. I don't recall any indents or tabs. But it is a plastic hemisphere.

    I need a clear strobe cover for my 78 C Ranger. Its not the elongated clear glass but the rounded. Kind of like the nav light cover. I have 2 brand new glass ones will trade for the one I need or buy the one I need. Thanks

    Hey mooneyspacers, Im selling this clean working VSI. Part number 7000-31and it is TSO'd. I know its used as i just mistakenly bought one from a instrument shop while i was deployed ( i know, stupid). I would like to see $300 OBO and I will pay shipping.     I don't have my log books near me, my IA has them. However, Im tracking tach time 2499.77 and to my knowledge, it is the original engine. I replaced one cylinder in 2010. The airplane sat 14 years in a florida t hangar until I got her in 2010. Flew 1.4 hrs to her hangar and sat there until 2012. 2012-2013 she flown 13 hours.

    I been recording all part and serial numbers so I can AD research everything. I think it looks great inside! I was taking my time but kinda got impatient and made a lil impression in a non surface area. Hopefully that isn't a $2900 mistake!
