  2. I have lost or misplaced , one of the nose gear retraction eccentrics... These are the ones that hold the nose retract rods to the retract truss....

  6. Garmin , does not issue STCs per hull # , So a copy is adequate....As far as other company's , many issue per hull # , and they are not transferrable...

  10. As far as I know , NO WAY to remove a primary flight control … Unless it is certified that way ...Beech had the forethought to address this , as well as DeHavilland , Most helicopters , not sure of others...
  11. Agreed but I didn't see anybody in the crowd, that told him he couldn't fly it that I now have a license..... Best to stick with his IA or his A&P for real life advice

  13. I don't have any elevators for this late of an aircraft....

It does not affect balance , so it wont flutter , It is not in the lifting part of the wing ( yes I know it is an elevator , but an Elevator is a wing ) and will not create turbulent airflow over the surface , I would suggest you get advice from licensed individuals , and not "the crowd" Send a few pics to your IA , and he will probably say the same thing , I personally would not ground it for this....
  15. What year is your aircraft , I have a few , Also , it wont fall out of the sky , if you fly it or don't stopdrill it..... I have seen many people fly it like that for years ...

  19. As all the experts have spoken , Lasar makes a shim that goes on top of the truss over the tube under the collar , it is 45 dollars , and will stop all shimmying.....But by all means spend 2000 dollars trying to do what everybody says ,
