Hours required to R&R a starter on M20B

What is the time normally billed to R&R a starter on a M20B plus installation of the cable extension for the cable from the solenoid to the starter?  Also, the time to R&R the spinner on the M20B.

I probably spent 3-4 hrs getting my starter off and on.  Taking your spinner off and on should take about 30 minutes.

I don't think one exist from Mooney. Lycoming does publish one for the engine and accessories though. It's part of their service subscription. I can post a copy when I get to work.

As for as the spinner, just removing and reinstalling the cone is a quick 30 minute job. Replacing the backplate requires removing the prop.
