Ovation Pedal Extensions Wanted

I am looking to purchase a set of 1.5" or 3" pedal extensions for my Mooney Ovation 2. Please let me know if there is a set available for purchase

There was a long topic around here in the not-too-distant past regarding rudder pedals, and someone opined that at some point Mooney started putting the 1.5-inch extensions in all airplanes unless a special order changed that default to "no extension" or 3-inch extension.  Are you certain you don't already have the 1.5-inch extensions?  On the other hand, that opinion could be wrong.

Good point. My 1994 M20J came with 1.5" extensions from the factory. Look in the equipment list in the POH W&B section. I replaced them with 3" and so I've got some 1.5" if anyone wants them.

Are the rudder pedals similar for all models? i.e. Are the rudder pedal extensions model specific?

To be safe, get the part number from your manuals (IPC/SMM) and find the same part.  Actually, this is the safest way for any part.  You may be able to make a similar part work, but the other half of "maybe" is "maybe not".

@alextstone, I would most definitely be interested in purchasing your 1.5" extensions. I will confirm that these will fit and to Fly Boomer's suggestion verify that I do not already have these same 1.5" extension installed and will get back to you by early next week. Please think about what you will want to charge for this purchase.
