rbridges Posted October 22, 2017 Report Posted October 22, 2017 I've got a few circuit breakers on the right side panel that are held in place with some fairly old looking nuts. I took one off and went to lowes to get a size. It fit pretty well on the 3/8-24 thread sample, but for the life of me, I'm finding it nearly impossible to find panel nuts in that size. Is that the actual size or am I off a little bit? Quote

carusoam Posted October 22, 2017 Report Posted October 22, 2017 If you can source the nuts from klixon without buying an entire circuit breaker, you have really accomplished something... See if you can buy a printed switch cover for a circuit breaker switch to complete the miracle... Best regards, -a- 1 Quote
Yetti Posted October 22, 2017 Report Posted October 22, 2017 One thing about Aviation Company Equipment Hardware store is they have a pretty good selection of nuts and bolts that extend beyond the big box places. 1 Quote
rbridges Posted October 22, 2017 Author Report Posted October 22, 2017 thanks for your help, everyone. I just said screw it, and sanded/painted my old ones. It was just for cosmetic reasons. I guess they can be found, but since my very quick google search yielded little, I decided to just use the old ones. Quote
