GeorgePerry Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 I was wondering if anyone had recieved the new FAA registration / renewal notice yet? http://www.faa.gov/licenses_certificates/aircraft_certification/aircraft_registry/reregistration/ Quote

Carl S Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 Got mine on Monday. Went to the website and forked over the tax. All went smoothly and it was a very easy process over all. Quote
sixsixX Posted October 25, 2010 Report Posted October 25, 2010 Did the FAA e- form like instructed, 5 days later got the new registration. Seems to work out ok. As long as we get a notice when its about time to re-register i dont think it will be an issue. Quote
Cruiser Posted October 25, 2010 Report Posted October 25, 2010 The FAA rule on re-registration is based on the month in which your aircraft was registered. Some have stated this is the date on your current registration, others have said it is based on the original registration from the factory. Those receiving re-registration now should have aircraft registered in March of any year. Anyone that has recieved the notice for re-registration. Can you confirm the date for your plane. Is it your current registration date or the one on your airworthiness certificate? Quote
Carl S Posted October 25, 2010 Report Posted October 25, 2010 Mine was current registration date; which galled me a bit as I just bought it this year! Quote
