aviatoreb Posted July 22, 2015 Report Posted July 22, 2015 I'm sorry friends, I was planning to come over to the north 40 this evenings social but my son and I are here just enchanted watching the commemorative Air Force show - this is our first air show ever - wow. and we leave this evening after the night show tonight - this is such an airmen Fantasia. so I missed most of you but happily I ran into a few. maybe next year I'll build up the courage to train up for the caravan. 1

Got in yesterday right after they reopened the field. Man, it was a cluster. 6 planes in the downwind to 27 and 5-6 in base. Not doing that again. Parked in 520 in the north 40 at the end of the row next to the runway. Got an excellent view of the departures this morning. Still looking for the caravan tent.
