Let me start it off... I just got a kitchen pass to go so I got a good flight package from Delta for $312 round trip. My Mooney gas one way would be right at 300. Plus I'd need a co-pilot so it just does not make sense.

Next is to select a hotel ...

I was there 2 years (or was it 3) ago and am looking forward to this April.

Bill, I hope to make it this year, it should be interesting with the factory running. Nancy's getting a new knee Tuesday so I'm not sure she'll be up to the 8 hour flight with 1 or 2 stops.

My "new" engine is being picked up at the engine shop in the morning to be reintroduced to the rest of the plane. That should take a week so as soon as Nancy is comfortable in the rehab facility I'll be headed to MA to get MY MOONEY!

Lela sent me the “HOMECOMING &AL MOONEY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION” registration form and said that I could upload that here. I'm not sure if including it inline in a reply, or uploading it as a document would be best. 

 

My wife has also given me a pass but expressed an interest in NOT going herself. I'll be staying at the "Inn of the Hills" and have booked the 10th and 11th.
