  1. Thanks for picking up what I was laying down there Andy.
  2. I slow clap to that... Reminds me of Harry Potter. Hogwarts had ‘em to. The world is a wonderful place full of all kinds of different people. Teacher says every time someone checks a reg a new pilot gets his wings... That a boy Hammdo...
  3. Tell me again, WHY would I not want to see ads on Mooneyspace?
  4. Feel free to download some interior and exterior shots here Seth. Come one Missile...Come ALL to this Missile party. Would love to see some pics with the new 4-blade fan out front too. THAT is the ultimate “lighten ‘r up” UPGRADE!
  5. Mein Gott...What are the chances of...Oh, never mind. You want REAL humor? Go to the Negativity thread. Classic Hijinx and rabscallian humor...
  6. Got my #1 model. Thanks!
  7. Posted on another thread. Going to post here to as many are unaware what a “Missile” conversion consists of. Read on if interested...
  8. Got great news that the Aux tanks are NOT leaking and need no strip and reseal. Yeah! Mains had original sealant and were a complete strip and reseal. We had Paul reseal our M20E. Indeed a class act that does exceptional tank work on Mooney’s. Shouldn’t have to ever “deal with a leaky tank/fuel smell” again in my flying career. Cheers to that and to Weep No More!
  9. Clarence was 100% correct...as usual
  10. That likely explains my confusion when I saw a K Model valve on Ebay that looked (handle) JUST like my plane...
  11. Thanks Clarence. I bet you are right. I will do some research. Appreciate the reply sir.
  12. Hi John. Yeah, I am sure. It is a Missile Conversion on the J. I don’t think I can stick that selector in there and ours is working fine, but I had not read anything in the logs/Rocket Engine Conversion that discussed the fuel selector being swapped. That was the reason for my question. Thanks, Scott
  13. Super glad that worked out as well as it did. Cheated death again. Well played. So, I heard it was REAL dark that night...
  14. Can you expand upon that? I have a 1980/81 J Model that appears to have OEM J Fuel Selector. The plane has a Continental IO550 engine. Are you saying that the OEM fuel selector was replaced to allow for the “fuel return circuit”? Thanks for information.
  15. Yes. Had the panel space. Only reads right in flight. Not expensive. Glad we installed
  16. Re-Seal coming along at Weep No More. Love Paul’s work! No fuel smell in cabin or hanger...Priceless (not really gulp on that check )
  17. Or write a really big check to Paul at Weep No More. I love that do it yourselfers have the tenacity and patience to “go there”. GOOD on ya for that! Hope it goes smoothly. Nothing nicer than a “new” looking wing walk!
  18. Specific verbiage on gear “beef up” for Missile.
  19. Used to love flying Combat Flight Simulator and IL2. A lot of fun on a 10’ screen. My wrists used to ache from the overplay and vibration that came from firing machine guns and cannon...Enjoy the new game. Might have to dust off the cobwebs on some old friends...
  20. A lot of beautiful eye candy! Love the color from the flags too. Just a big orgasm of awesome in there. Or put more simply: I love what you have done with the place.
  21. There are ten different items in the landing Gear modifications for Missile’s with lower serial # to have greater MTOW. There is NO discussion on the cage?
  22. Missile’s have two different weight categories based on serial # to make determination. SN-24-0764 and up: MTOW 3200# SN-24-0763 and down without landing gear modifications: MTOW 2837#
  23. You are 100% correct. Fixed numbers above. Thanks to ALL for heads up. Shouldn’t of guessed...Especially while sitting on a dock imbibing in libations... Thanks Mlm, Scott
  24. 100% right PJ. I had “wrong numbers”...Shouldn’t of guessed. I “fixed ‘em above”. Thanks for heads up. Scott
