  1. In my opinion the injection is primitive and at low flow rate there is little atomization. My after Flight warmed up, does the same. If this engine had a high pressure with electronic injection would run much smoother. I’ve listened to many Mooney’s and seems common. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  5. Your in good company. The truth is your never going to be right side up on these old girls. It has to be that your pre- buy was great and,very good luck. With that there are so many goodies not to mention ADS-B mandate to add to your laundry list. Most of us are upside down. So with that either your going to bite the bullet or get out of the game completely. It’s always best if you buy one very cheep to begin with.   10. It is a glitchy aircraft although, when all is clear on eicas it goes from A to B without a hitch fast. I take care of all the messages with help from Team ten. All in all a very fine bird.   22. You need a FSDO that understands that tearing a wing apart is not smart. Either a good J wing or a FSDO that will work with you. Some FAA FSDO’s are in the drag your feet mentality and not helpful. There are many that have great maintenance inspectors that will work with you. You might need to move the project.
