NickG Posted September 8, 2024 Report Posted September 8, 2024 Does anyone know how easy or hard it is to remove the front right seat in the Ovation? I want to try a configuration with the right seat removed then my wife and dogs could sit in the back for long trips. Quote
Fritz1 Posted September 8, 2024 Report Posted September 8, 2024 Takes about 10 min, remove stop bolts on rail front and back, slide seat out of rail, remove seal belt, take seat out of cockpit, do not ding wing skins 1 Quote
Tommooney Posted September 9, 2024 Report Posted September 9, 2024 It helps for the seat to be either cranked full up or full down, I forget which. Try both. I saw a youtube somewhere on this. Also, It was a couple years before I figured out I can take / pull the seat bottoms right up and out for cleaning as they are only velcroed in. Tom 1 Quote
NickG Posted September 9, 2024 Author Report Posted September 9, 2024 Wow,, thanks for the advice. It seems easy. How would I account for the removal of a front seat on the WB calcs…. Quote
