Had a brand new all Garmin panel installed including all Txi including the G500, KI275, GTN750, GNX375, new Carbon Fiber panel, new lighting, keyless start, chargers for ipad, iphone, preserved Stormscope, and more. My question is the cabin lights which worked fine before the install now inop for the 4 cabin lights (not the baggage compartment lights). Where would I began looking for this problem. The rear baggage compartment lights still work fine

The avionics shop.

There may be a connector under the instrument panel that connects all the wires in the headliner. The wiring in my M20J runs up the A pillar between the left front window and the windshield. It's possible that the connector didn't get connected. You'd have to check the schematic for yours, but in mine all the overhead speaker and light wiring runs through this connector. So, if the speakers also don't work, that might be it. If it's more complicated than that, I agree with @LANCECASPER: the shop broke it. You paid them a ton of money. They should fix it.

I suggest you look in the battery compartment and check the in-line fuse from #1 battery relay. Not sure what year Bravo you have, but I had similar experience with my 1990 Bravo. The cabin lights and switches on my plane are hot all the time even with master off and protected by in-line fuse that runs off the #1 battery. When doing some work behind the headliner without disconnecting the bateries, it is easy to inadvertently touch and short the circuit which will blow the in-line fuse (personal experience).  Could be easy fix.

This happened to me as well (M20K Encore); it’s easy to short them but I think the fuse was in the avionics compartment.

+1 to chatting with avionics shop if the fuse wasn't the culprit. Did you switch out the dimmer? It is possible they connected the overhead cabin lights to the dimmer switch. Throwing this out as it was suggested for my install - which I vetoed.
