Constant error messages and failed image uploads

Anyone else constantly getting this message trying to navigate the site?  Also in trying to upload photos to a sales post, every other attempt was failing.  Something seems to be going on and I wonder if it's just me.

Even liking posts is generating error messages now.  I also keep getting the above error message pretty much every time I click something.  I got it twice just trying to get back to this thread.  It's borderline unusable right now. 

And I tried to upload an image to this post and it wouldn't even let me try, it says "You cannot paste images directly.  Upload or insert images from URL."  Since when?!

I created a support ticket with our hosting company this morning but still have not heard anything back.  I think they need to increase some connection settings on our server to fix the problem.  I hope to hear something by tomorrow.

Yesterday, I got a variety of messages and occasionally the same post pop up when requesting "next unread" hundreds of times.  Today, all is well.

I got a couple of them the other day, but a lot less than previously.
