Use that as a template and make your own?

Aviation aisle/section at Lowe’s may have the clear plastic…

If your AP/IA will permit it you might consider using a different plastic that is less brittle like ABS.   Polycarbonate is difficult to work with and I don’t see why you need a transparent piece of plastic for the vent anyway.

If you are really ambitious you could replace those vents with some eyeball vents like I did a couple years back.  446.jpeg.63c200ea820b49b016ae3ca3306dcbbc.jpeg

In my Mooney, those pieces were made out of aluminum.

Mine are too. 1970 M20-C.

I’d do aluminum now since that will hold up.

Give it a try!

That is a very easy 3-D print, as long as you can make/obtain the CAD file.

I have been testing pieces that replace the old units, letting you put in eyeball vents so I, and others, have  leftovers.IMG_0962.thumb.jpg.bbf69000d98c62701e91c3741bf046cb.jpgIMG_0971.thumb.jpg.0d07f892e6d8cf4d956e8ddc457b656b.jpg
