Try it in -40 in Northern Minnesota where I grew up. They made a gas fired heater for those climates.

amazing how fast the Cirrus was going when it hit the hangar.  I'm sure that was quite a jolt if the pilot was still hanging onto the door.  -K

Agreed on the stupidity, it’s right up there with landing gear up.  Something a Cirrus owner will never do.
