rebuild the cowl, i mean really rebuild it not just slap boat fiberglass resin and hardware store cloth.  Ive written extensively about this.

 

 

 

Blade VOR antennas.  Flush patch that stuff. make it clean.

aileron gap seals.

antenna farm clean up.

full-on wing smoothing, Lets make this into a Glasair III wing.

Your bird is amazing.  I am, however, a bit more limited given that funding isn't without limits and the work is being done by others.  I really appreciate the ideas though.

No doubt! I look at the work Byron does and don't even know where to start.  He plane is pretty much my fav in the fleet.

I would make sure the fuel tanks are good and sealed up.  Nothing worse on new paint than blue stains coming through the top of the wing.
