jetdriven Posted August 29, 2015 Report Posted August 29, 2015 I bought new nose gear door hinges, but LASAR was cheaper than buying 12' of hinge. Quote

RobertGary1 Posted September 5, 2015 Report Posted September 5, 2015 (edited) I've been slowing replacing my rod end bearings. Its looking like once I replace both rod ends and spacers the gear door will be wiggle free even with the worn hinge. The rod ends hold the door pretty stiff regardless of the hinge. The hinge needs to be replaced either way if its worn but the wiggle, even with a worn hinge seems to suggest other slop in the mechanism. -Robert Edited September 5, 2015 by RobertGary1 Quote
